Forest Water

Forest Water is like an iced tea of boreal elements. I wanted to create a seasonal feeling winter drink that was still refreshing this time of year. Its a steeped brew of foraged dried ingredients from the forest including: Balsam, Tamarack, White Pine, White Cedar, Labrador Tea and Spruce tips. Hopefully it acts as a portal to the forest for you as it does for me. This one has no sugar, its just a canned flat water flavoured with whole botanicals. Serve chilled.

Ingredients: Water, Balsam Fir, Tamarack, Labrador Tea, White Cedar, White Pine, Spruce Tips, Citric Acid.
