A Year's Work: Mixed Pack

1 Bottle of Buddy 2024: A direct press Marquette grown biodynamically and certified organic from Thornbury, Ontario. It was bottled as it was waking up this spring to capture some slight effervescence. It drinks like a super dark rosato or a light red. 12.5% Alc/vol. Wild yeast, no sulphur added. 

1 Bottle of Jarel 2024: 50/50 L’Acadie Blanc and Marquette direct press co-ferment grown biodynamically and certified organic from Thornbury, Ontario. 11.8% Alc/vol. Wild yeast, no sulphur added. 

1 Bottle of Labrusca 2024: 100% whole-cluster carbonic Fredonia from a vineyard in Niagara that is over 100 years old. Dosage of organic Cab Franc juice to create a full sparkling red in clear 750ml growlers. 8% alc./vol No additions of any kind. 

12 mixed cans of soda: mix will include the Honey and Sea Salt Seltzer as well as new summer 2025 flavours.
