"Bunny" Maple Soda Case (24 Cans)

“Bunny” is a salted maple syrup sparkling water made with Canadian sea salt from Vancouver Island. I call it "The champagne of trees". The dark maple syrup is from Gunnebrooke Farms in my hometown of Elgin, Ontario. My grandfather, called Bunny, had a sugar shack close to my village that we all helped with growing up. As kids we would collect sap buckets with the tractor through the woods and spend the day around the wood-fired boiler in the wooden shack filled with sweet steam. On warm days during syrup season, the sap flows very dark and has a super robust flavour. The dark syrup was the stuff that we always kept back for our own households through the year and Bun would sell the rest. This soda is made from water, dark grade maple syrup, sea salt and citric acid. 24 x 355ml cans.

Pasteurized and shelf-stable. Store in a cool dry place. Best Before: July 15 2025
